Welcome to the Houston Chapter of CPCU!

New Year Greetings from Houston CPCU President!

Dear Houston Chapter CPCU Members,

Happy New Year! I hope 2026 is off to a great start for you both personally and professionally. As we look
ahead, I’m excited about the opportunities our chapter has to connect, learn, and grow together.
One of the greatest strengths of the CPCU community is our shared commitment to professional development
and staying ahead of the curve. In an industry evolving as rapidly as ours, staying informed isn’t just beneficial,
it’s essential.

Our monthly lunch & learn meetings are designed to help members stay current with emerging trends and the
challenges shaping the insurance landscape. Many of these sessions also qualify for continuing education
credit, making them a valuable way to sharpen your expertise while fulfilling state and professional
requirements.

Equally important is the role each of you plays in supporting the CPCU Society. Your involvement strengthens
our chapter and ensures we remain a vibrant, relevant, and forward-thinking professional community.
Networking with fellow professionals—whether new members, seasoned experts, or industry leaders—creates
opportunities to exchange ideas, broaden perspectives, and strengthen connections that support long-term
career growth. This collective knowledge and participation of our members are what make the Houston
Chapter one of the most respected in the region.

This year is especially exciting as we celebrate the Houston Chapter’s 75th anniversary. Reaching this
milestone is a testament to decades of committed members who have contributed to our chapter’s legacy of
leadership, service, and professional excellence. Throughout 2026, we look forward to honoring this history
while building momentum for the next 75 years.

To kick off the year, I’m pleased to invite you to our first Lunch & Learn of 2026, taking place on February 24,
2026 at Braeburn Country Club. Please register at
houston.cpcusocietychapter.org
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in the Houston Chapter. I look forward to seeing you
throughout the year and working together to make 2026 one of our strongest years yet.

Warm regards,
Grant Reichert
President, Houston Chapter CPCU Society
