Education
This committee is responsible for finding speakers for our meetings and conferment.
Good Works
Provides valued services to the local community while enhancing the visibility of the CPCU chapter and its members. This committee has participated in such rewarding projects as installing smoke detectors in homes of the elderly or needy, delivering turkey dinners at Thanksgiving, Christmas parties for women's shelters and adoption of an inner-city school - Bruce Elementary. Each year we provided "goody bags" and school supplies to Bruce Elementary.
Membership
This committee is made up of the smiling faces that greet you at our Chapter meeting each month. They maintain the Chapter membership records and encourage CPCUs that are not members, to join the Chapter.
New Designee
The New Designee Chair is a source of communication to our new designees. This chair provides information on meetings and events to the new designees and encourages membership in the chapter
Publicity
This chair promotes the Houston CPCU Chapter in the media.
Social Media
The social media chair that has the responsibility of our social media presence on such applications as Twitter and Facebook.
Webmaster
Maintains the website and has the important sounding title of "Web Master".
